A timeshare is a type of vacation property with a shared ownership model in the United States. With a typical timeshare, individuals share the cost of the property with other buyers and use it for their vacations.

Lydia House has plans to establish retreat centers based on the same concept of a timeshare house in different locations: Chicago, Illinois; Red River Gorge, Kentucky; and Kona, Hawaii

We are recruiting 12 donors for each location to purchase the Lydia House Retreat Center. When you donate to the project, each donor can use the house for four weeks a year. However, you will use it for two weeks a year and share the other two weeks with missionaries who need rest.

Lydia House will have ownersship and manage each branch.

Time Share Lydia House means that donations for the mission are not only for missionaries' spiritual renewal but also for the donors as well.
